Lily is a BA Journalism, Communications and Politics student at Cardiff University, with experience across national and digital media. She has interned at The Telegraph, where she gained insight into newsroom culture and editorial standards, and currently freelances for two online publications. At university, she regularly writes for the student newspaper and magazine, producing pieces for a wide range of sections. 

Alongside her studies, she runs a personal blog covering fashion, beauty and lifestyle, updated weekly and shaped by a consistent editorial voice. With 5,000 followers across her social media platforms, her interest in content creation accompanies this. Lily also works as a jewellery stylist, which informs her interest in aesthetics, detail and storytelling through visuals. She is eager to build on this foundation within a professional editorial environment — bringing a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a sharp eye for timely, engaging content.

Interests

In a world of constant consumption, the content we choose to create and engage with has never been more important. From a young girl making blogs and edits to a woman now pursuing a career in media, Lily has always believed in the power of thoughtful, nourishing content. Her passion for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle has remained a constant—from childhood lip balm collections and an early obsession with Andie Anderson, to a current magazine archive and an ever-growing wardrobe. She is most interested in writing for lifestyle and feature sections.

PR Reputation Management Campaign - Lila Moss 

As part of Lily's 'Celebrity Culture' module at University, she created a three month promotional campaign, stepping into the role of a publicist to improve Lila Moss's public profile and career in the modelling industry, focusing on a range of promotional techniques.
